Logitech: full support
DPI Slowdown changes the real DPI of the mouse, with a smooth glide in and out. It works with Logitech mice that have adjustable DPI, wired or wireless, which covers most recent Logitech G gaming mice.
Other brands: basic mode
With any other mouse, DPI Slowdown changes the Windows pointer speed instead. That works on the desktop and in programs that follow the Windows pointer. Many shooter games read the mouse directly and ignore that setting, so the slowdown may not work in them.

Windows warning
Windows may show "Windows protected your PC" the first time you open a program it has not seen often. Select More info, check that the file is the one you downloaded from this page, then select Run anyway.
First start
Open the file
Double-click the downloaded .exe. You can keep it anywhere on your computer.
Accept the terms
Read the Terms of Service, switch on the box and select "Accept and continue".
Start the trial or enter a key
Select "Start free trial" to use everything for 2 days. Already subscribed? Paste the key from your receipt email and select "Activate".
