Your first payment
If DPI Slowdown is not for you, ask within 14 days of buying and we refund your first payment in full. Your licence key stops working when the refund is made.
This is offered once per customer. If you subscribe again after a refund, or have subscribed before, the new payment is not covered.
Renewals
Renewal payments are not refundable. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Disabled keys
If we disable your key because the program was used in a way the fair use rules forbid, the payment is not refunded.
Your legal rights
This policy does not limit rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country, including any right of withdrawal.
How to ask
Email from the address you paid with, or reply to your receipt email. Refunds go back to the payment method you used and usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days.
